InvoGames helps companies develop games and metaverse with a team of seasoned game developers and state-of-the-art technologies. InvoGames commits to fully adhere to and comply with the Quality & Information Security Management Policy to ensure clients of data confidentiality, security, and integrity. To achieve this, InvoGames has implemented a comprehensive Quality & Information Security Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 & 27001 international standards. Moreover, InvoGames commits to uphold IMS and QMS inclusive of Access Control, Acceptable Use, Clear Desk Clear Screen, Anti-Malware, and Password Protection and improve under the IMS practices which comply with industry best practices while providing game and metaverse development services.
InvoGames works within the framework of the National and International client requirements in the jurisdictions where it operates while fulfilling its contractual obligations. This is to ensure the protection of all its information assets from all threats – internal or external, deliberate or accidental, and natural disasters. All applicable (current and foreseeable) legislative and regulatory requirements.
To achieve these objectives, InvoGames will ensure that:
- Business and client requirements for quality and information security are fulfilled.
- Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of information is being implemented throughout the workflows.
- All tangible and intangible corporate assets are kept in a secure environment, both physically and logically.
- All tangible and intangible business assets are subject to risk assessment, and adequate mitigation and contingency strategies are developed for each risk.
- Employees are provided with safe working environments in compliance with best industry practices.
- Training personnel on information security procedures.
- Physical, Logical, and Remote access to all corporate assets (tangible/intangible) is monitored and controlled.
- A business continuity plan is established, maintained, tested, and updated in accordance with the requirements.
This policy has been approved by the InvoGames Chief Executive and shall be reviewed by the senior management team in regular management review meetings.
